The Villa

 The villa, built in 1931 is a unique Italian farmhouse with its grand exterior and interiors.

The original front door leads you up a central stone staircase with handmade iron railings to the first floor where a spacious, light and airy living space awaits you.

Ideal for a large group or two families. The first floor features:

  • Huge farmhouse style kitchen/dining area with large oven, granite and marble work tops, double butlers sink,  two fridge freezers, dishwasher, washing machine...seating for 10 and even a piano.
  • The real highlight is walking out of the double door onto a stunning terrace, where you can dine al fresco, look over our gardens and admire the views.
  • A sitting room with a touch of chateau chic, with vintage furniture, comfy sofas, TV and DVD player. Free wi fi and internet access.


On the second floor are 4 large bedrooms :

  • The elegant Olive Room with its 4 poster bed (160x200cm)
  • The Twin Room with antique metal beds (can also be made up as a double)
  • The Blue Room with one double and one single bed, plus ensuite shower room
  • The Balcony Room with double bed, ensuite and private balcony.
  • Connecting the Olive Room and The Twin Room is a lounge with bed sofa and french doors to a balcony with sweeping views. Also off this room is the family bathroom

The villa gardens offer various areas, all commanding great views of the Le Marche countryside

  • Pool and surrounding terrace with plenty of sunloungers
  • covered outside kitchen next to pool with bbq and dining area
  • table tennis table
  • large grassed area with play area at one end
  • Chill out area overlooking the pool with sofas and cushions
  • Huge travertine table outside kitchen, seating for 10
  • Shady side terrace, perfect for breakfast
  • The rose garden and herb garden with its pergola walkways
  • Raised beds with herbs/ vegetables for you to enjoy, bordered by fig trees

The gardens open onto our farmland

  • Vineyard - opposite the house - planted 2013
  • Olive orchard - planted 2007

 

On arrival we will greet you with the keys and provide a brief tour. There is a House Book which outlines details about your house rental and places to visit. We want you to get the most out of your holiday and pride ourselves on a personal service, offering a restaurant booking service and assistance with organising activities such as:
